Leadership Now programme
As part of the DfE’s Equality & Diversity project Sue helped develop this leadership programme for women who were part time or returning to work after maternity leave for both the Affinity and Flying High TSA’s.
Lead Assessor
Sue was a lead bid assessor for the Careers and Enterprise Company’s new round of funding. She assessed bids and interviewed bidders, recommending those for funding.
CPD Development & venue sourcing
Sue developed a number of CPD courses for Forum Education and sourced new venues to host events. This involved liaising with venues, negotiating best rates and finalising contracts.
WELLBEing now programme
Sue developed a wellbeing programme for both the headteachers and deputy heads for the Discovery Schools Trust.
Annual Conference Production
Sue worked with the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) to produce three of their annual conferences held at the ICC in Birmingham. Her role involved programme development and speaker liaison including VIP’s.
BAME Programme
Sue helped develop and facilitate a new BAME support programme for Affinity as part of the DfE’s Equality & Diversity project.
Step-A-Head Programme
Sue developed this new programme for Affinity TSA for SLT members aiming for headship in schools.
Leadership Competencies
Sue has developed a leadership competency model for the Flying High Trust for their headteacher, headteacher plus and system leader roles.
Webinar development
Sue is developing a new webinar programme for the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM), an educational charity and professional body for those managing risk in all its forms.
